Cuban gourmet coffees Cohiba Atmosphere and Montecristo Deleggend are participating in the 24th Habano Festival as products genuinely designed to pair with Cuba, the director of Commercial Intelligence of Cubacafé, Martha García, said.
 
In declarations to Prensa Latina, García explained that these gourmet coffees (Cohiba Atmosphere and Montecristo Deleggend) were created by Comercial Cubacafé together with Corporación Habanos S.A., in 2002, and both are very compatible and harmonious with Habanos.

In UK, activists lay out children’s clothes in memory of Gaza children killed by Israel

Activists in Britain have laid out children’s clothing stretching five kilometers on a beach in memory of the 11,500 children Israel has killed in Gaza.  The poignant art installation laid along the Bournemouth Beach by the political activism group Led By Donkeys was composed of more than 11,000 sets of clothes to represent the children killed since October 7th.
 

Díaz-Canel attends inauguration of Education Congress in Cuba

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel participated on Monday in the inauguration of the 14th International Congress of Higher Education that will take place from February 5-9 at Havana's Convention Center.
 
The forum, convened by the Cuban Ministry of Higher Education (MES), is being attended by more than 2,000 figures and experts from 40 countries.
 
Also present at the event are president of the National People’s Power Assembly (Parliament), Esteban Lazo, and Prime Minister Manuel Marrero.
 

Cuban president receives Seychelles' foreign minister

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel received Seychelles Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism Louis Sylvestre Radegonde, who is on an official visit to the Caribbean nation.
 
Accompanied by Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez, the president sent greetings to Seychelles President Wavel Ramkalawan, to whom he extended an invitation to visit the island.
 
The president stressed that Radegonde's visit says a lot about the historic bilateral relations, as reported by the Presidency of the Republic in its account on the social network X.
