Cuba is present at the Vietnam International Trade Fair

With the attendance of more than 500 companies from 16 countries and territories, Cuba today highlighted its presence at the inauguration of the 32nd edition of the Vietnam International Trade Fair.
 
Four stands make up the Cuban exhibition, and among the displayed products are the recombinant vaccine against hepatitis B, Heberbiovac HB, the CIMAher monoclonal antibody used for the treatment of head and neck cancer, and the Infantix neonatal screening system, for the early detection of hearing and vision disorders.

Prime Minister talks about challenges of Cuban culture in 2023

The assessment meeting of the Ministry of Culture (Mincult) was carried out in the Council of State in Havana with the presence of the Prime Minister of the Republic, Manuel Marrero Cruz; the Vice Prime Minister, Inés María Chapman Waugh; and the head of the sector, Alpidio Alonso Grau. Cuba and Spain hold cooperation meeting

The Cooperation Meeting with Cuba, which opens today and will last until Sunday, will be held at the Castillo de San Servando under the auspices of the Non’governmental Organization SODePaz in the city of Toledo.
 
According to the organization, the participation of 60 members of Spanish and European development cooperation entities is expected.

The advances Cuba is exhibiting in the field of science could motivate students from the United States to receive training in the Caribbean nation, according to Peter Agre, the Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry.
 
The American scientist praised the social orientation of the health services in Cuba, the achievements in biotechnology and the training of doctors for the world at the Latin American School of Medical Sciences -ELAM.
 

More than 200 special electoral colleges will open in Cuba

Cuba plans to set up 250 special polling stations so that all citizens with legal capacity can exercise their right to vote in the national elections on Sunday, March 26, as informed by the National Electoral Council (CEN).
 
According to the Cuban Electoral Law, these structures are opened in places with a high concentration of people such as terminals, student residences, hospitals and tourist facilities, and ensure the right to vote for people who cannot attend the locations that corresponds to them.
