Free The Five Committee Created in the Dominican Republic
A group of lawyers from San Juan de la Maguana province, in the Dominican Republic, have created a Committee in Support of The Five, and have issued a communiqué to demand the release of these Cuban antiterrorist fighters.

Theirs is a unique case due to the large amount of documents of support signed by Nobel Prize winners, parliamentarians, lawyers' associations, intellectuals and other world personalities, highlighted Ginarte.
The board of directors of the new Solidarity-with-Cuba committee is made up by Anulfo Mateo, Teodoro Alcántara, José Reyes, José A. Rodríguez, Irene Mateo, Salvinia Caminero, Nelson Pablo de la Rosa, Ricardo Andrés Alcántara Fernández and Víctor Merán.
