The leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro and the Cuban President Raul Castro welcomed the Paraguayan President Fernando Lugo, who is holding a private visit to Cuba. 

They talked about the relations between both countries and other international topics. Talks took place in a friendly atmosphere, Cuban television news reported.
