The leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, met on Tuesday morning with the President of China, Hu Jintao, who is on a two-day official visit to the Caribbean nation.

According to a note read during the radio and television program ‘The Round Table’, the dialogue between Fidel and Jintao was an expression of the bonds of friendship that exist between the peoples, governments and communist parties of both countries.

During their meeting, both leaders analyzed the international situation as well as the importance of Jintao’s visit to Cuba and the bilateral agreements signed.
