Cuban natural medicine is attracting attention of business people and others attending the 1st Scientific Day of Technological Exchange about Health between Ecuador and Cuba.

Alexis Diaz, researcher of the Cuban pharmaceutical company LABIOFAM, told Prensa Latina about the importance of natural products such as Vidatox, Vimang, and Ferrical as nutritional supplements and in the improvement of quality of life.

In Cuba, the monopoly of closed cycle research, production and marketing of natural products is in the hands of LABIOFAM, said the specialist who is participating in this event, which runs through May 31.

The Cuban company hopes in this event to promote an exchange, to be fruitful, in terms of joint collaborations in the field of scientific research, technological development, and marketing of these products, he said.
