Cuba presents trade opportunities in Venezuela
The opportunities Cuba offers as trade destination were presented yesterday, July 7 to hundreds of Venezuelan enterprises, as part of Cuba’s international promotion campaign to attract foreign investment and explain the benefits of the country’s recently approved Foreign Investment Law.
The Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment, Rodrigo Malmierca, explained that the campaign will be presented in various countries, primarily in those with active economic relations with Cuba, such as Venezuela.
In this respect, Malmierca commented to the press that trade relations between both countries are of a high level and based on principles outlined by leaders Hugo Chávez and Fidel Castro, to promote a new type of cooperation based on mutual benefit.
