Chile and Cuba to deepen bilateral cooperation
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez said that his country and Chile expressed mutual willingness to deepen bilateral cooperation relations.
On Twitter, Minister Rodriguez said that he met with Chile's newly appointed foreign minister, Antonia Urrejola. He expressed his congratulations on her appointment.
Bruno Rodriguez arrived Thursday morning in Chile to attend the presidential inauguration of Gabriel Boric Font, which took place Friday.
On Thursday, he met with representatives of the government of President Boric like María Begoña Yarza, Minister of Health designate, with whom he exchanged on the experiences of the Caribbean nation in the area of health.
The Cuban diplomat also met with the next Minister of Science, Technology, Knowledge, and Innovation of Chile, Flavio Andrés Salazar.
