New international event for the Cuban Five

A new international event in support of the Cuban Five will begin September 4 through October 6, with a vigil held outside the White House on September 12, marking 16 years since Heroes of the Republic of Cuba, Fernando González, René González, Antonio Guerrero, Ramón Labañino and Gerardo Hernández were unjustly imprisoned in the U.S. Antonio, Ramón and Gerardo still remain incarcerated despite the global call to U.S. President Barack Obama for their release.
