Raul Castro and Rafael Correa Held Official Talks in Havana
Presidents Raul Castro and Rafael Correa held official talks today in an atmosphere of friendship, understanding and mutual respect, which characterizes bilateral relations between Quito and Havana.
Both heads of state followed up previous talk on different topics of mutual interest, which they started in Brazil, on the occasion of the summits held in the South American country last December.
Raul and Correa expressed their satisfaction for the good health of bilateral relations, which are based on solidarity, collaboration and mutual benefit.
Both leaders agreed to further enhance bilateral exchange in different fields. They addressed regional and international issues like the current world crisis and the climate change.
