Cuba condemns U.S. financing for destabilizing policies
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez condemned on Tuesday the U.S. government's request for 20 million dollars to carry out disinformation actions and promote confrontational courses against the Caribbean nation.
The foreign minister denounced on Twitter how Washington, which repudiates alleged interference in its internal affairs, once again earmarked millions within the 2022 budget for a democracy programs' aimed at Havana.

According to the Cubadebate website, the Biden administration's budget request amounts to 58.5 billion dollars for the State Department and the Agency for International Development, which represents a 10 percent increase with respect to the current year.
