Cuba for the Gold at Baseball World Cup Qualifier
Cuba is fighting for the gold medal of the Baseball World Cup qualifying tournament on Wednesday, facing off against the Dominican Republic's team at Hiram Bithorn stadium in the Puerto Rican capital.
The Cuban team lost only two games in the tournament, winning the right to dispute the title after it impressively defeated Venezuela 3-2in the first semi-final.
The Dominican Republic did not enter the tournament until almost the last minute due to financial problems, but made it to the final, despite five defeats.
