IAPA, Anti-Cuban Media Disinformation Plan

The objective of the Inter-American Press Association (IAPA), created in 1943 to defend Washington''s media interests in the continent, focuses on Tuesday its media disinformation project against Cuba.

The AIPA is currently the responsible for engaging the manufactured persecution and imprisonment of alleged journalists in the island, as well as the increase of repression to alleged independent demonstrations in the nation.

The lie stems, among other things, from a group of counterrevolutionaries as false independent journalists, when it was proved those people have as a sole mission to attack the Cuban reality.

The Central Intelligence Agency, the US Agency for International Development, and the National Endowment for Democracy have admitted they have allocated economic funds for such purposes.

Those subversion actions are responding a series of measures adopted by the Cuban state against those who pretend to overthrow constitutional order, distort the country's social-economic reality, and invent repressive actions ordered by the US Interest Section in Havana.
