Costa Rican Committee endorses Nobel Peace Prize for Cuban doctors
The Costa Rican Committee of Solidarity with Sovereign Nicaragua endorsed on Monday the world campaign so that the Henry Reeve contingent of Cuban health professionals receives the Nobel Peace Prize.
'Collecting the feeling of peace and human aid from thousands of men, women, youth, workers, peasants, professionals and intellectuals of Costa Rica, the Costa Rican Committee of Solidarity with Sovereign Nicaragua consider fair and correct that the Nobel Peace Prize is granted to the Henry Reeve Cuban medical brigade.'
This award, states the text of the solidarity group in Costa Rica, is for such a beautiful gesture in the global fight against the Covid-19 pandemic; gesture of humility, understanding among peoples and governments that do believe in a world of peace.
The Committee takes advantage of the anniversary to send a fraternal and revolutionary greeting to the Cuban people on occasion of the 67th anniversary of the attacks on the Moncada Barrack and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes Barrack.
